Thank you for stopping by. It is our prayer that you will connect with a local community of faith and grow in your relationship with Christ. We would be honored for you to do that with us, but if not we truly hope you find the right church community of faith where you and your loved ones will flourish.
Who We Are
Cedar Creek Baptist Church was founded in 1844 and is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. We are also a member of the New South River Baptist Association.
Despite our rich history we do not live in the past. We are a growing, adapting church that is actively seeking God’s will and direction in our present as we strive to reach our local community with the Gospel.
When We Meet
We meet on Sundays at 9:15 for Sunday School, main congregational Worship at 10:30.
On Wednesday evenings we have AWANA during the school year and church small group studies or adult Bible study at 6:30 pm.
Starting at 8:30am on Sunday Morning we serve a free community hot breakfast. Please join us.
What We Are About
We believe that we all are sinners and our only hope is through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, that is the Gospel. Our goal is to help people come to faith in Jesus Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. The essence of this relationship is walking in love.
